The Cooking
Kiki’s cooking draws from a deep respect for the vegetable kingdom; she draws on a diversity of cultural cooking, all of which honor the toil and passion that goes into growing good clean food. Meat, when served, is used as a condiment, an esteemed accompaniment, sustainably raised and farmed.
All ingredients are unequivocally locally grown and harvested, this includes not only fruits and vegetables but wines, cheeses, cured meats, breads and pastries.
